Update : Today I received a notice from the Social Security Administration, regarding the "Obama - American Recovery and Reinvestment Act...As stated in this notice : "ALL" who receive SSI AND "beneficiaries" shall receive a one time payment of $250, HOWEVER, those under 18 do not qualify... My (5) y/o "special needs" son, who is receiving SSI "Survivors Benefits" because his mother just died at age 43 on March 30th and who just lost his own "Disability AND medi-cal coverage" and who will soon enter the foster care system because I can no longer care for him as a single father (51) - DOESN'T QUALIFY - but your buddy Sen. John McCain does qualify...I'm Pissed!!! "WE" need help, not a hand-out...$250 for us would have prevented the loss of my son to the system for another month...Will Mcain donate his, like he donates his SSI / Disability that he shouldn't be qualified for? Reality check folks...Not all of us hurting the most are "deadbeats"...

First ; to those of you who do not fit the following and can relate to what I say, this message is not meant for you...For the rest of you, Wake-Up!!! Unless “you” are at least offering solutions, you are part of the problem... Unless you are willing to at least help promote “possible solutions” for further examination, rather than merely except what is happening or complain without anything more to offer, you are part of the problem... Unless “you” are willing to fight for the freedoms and rights you claim, you are part of the problem... Unless “you” support those who fight, risking the loss of limbs or lives, so you can live in peace, you are part of the problem... Unless you believe in giving support of “reducing need before eliminating funding”, “you” are part of the problem... Unless “you” can understand that “we need solution development” and not more “divisive debate over need”, you are part of the problem... When you look for points to disagree with others on, rather than focusing on the points you agree with, you are part of the problem... When you choose to take a stand for or against choosing to see in black or white and ignore the existence of gray, much less colors, you are part of the problem... When you only think of yourself and your current situation, without considering others or even think about yourself should your situation change drastically, you are part of the problem... When you don't consider the repercussions of your actions, the far reaching effects and how “you may live to regret your choices”, you are part of the problem... If “you” benefited from the “inter-net boom” of 1998/2000 and/or “inflated economic recovery” of 2001/2007 : Examples : equity loans during housing bubble, more debt than income, etc; you are part of the problem... If you are incapable of understanding “cause and effect” and take personal responsibility for your part in the “cause”, that you are beginning to feel the “effects” of, you are part of the problem... “Active ignorance” : Refusal to recognize the possible viability of differing views ; or, ignoring the existence of information that may or may not support your view, but may contribute to realistic solutions ; or, taking an oppositional position, while expecting someone else to develop solutions and refusing to examine options being offered... I applaud your level of education, however; you left out any education regarding \"Old English\", \"legal ease\" and especially \"Old English Legal Ease\"...I'm not \"ranting\", though I did try to post something that would generate a response and hopefully cause folks to begin researching some of the things being stated here...My education is extensive, especially in many areas of cultures, religions, languages, etc. from the \"known world\" as it existed pre-1600/1650c...Oddly enough, I agree with much of what you stated in your comment, except when your attack on me caused you to stray from your own known facts...Just a thought, but you might want to consider who it is your chastising, they're level of education and experience...In our countries greatest time of need to come together around common goals, we should all try not to create more divisiveness amongst ourselves...I'm also not so arrogant to think I know everything, nor do I take it for granted that educaters actually \"know\" what they talk about beyond what they were taught, which amounts to passing on someone else's beliefs, which could be wrong...I encourage \"you\" to double check my \"facts\" and help me get other's to start researching and not merely blindly following...You and I share more views than disagree...Maybe we should focus on commonalities and not create something more than need-be from a disagreement over specific terminology and definitions...Randy T.�

“Preamble clarification” I was asked a great question and I would like to clarify... First ; though it is true that an American government hadn't been formed until the founding fathers did so, there was the “British Crown” that was the governing body, which was what we were breaking away from...It's not as if there was no governmental example and that the American government was a completely new concept... Second ; those writing the documents did so using their language “Old English”... Third ; these were legal documents, thus needed to be written using “legal terminology”, otherwise known as “legal ease”, therefore, these documents were written in “Old English Legal Ease”... Fourth ; it is also true that the founding fathers were forward thinking and setting up a governing body...They were also endowing that governing body with “powers of the People” over the “populace” or “commoners”...These “powers” were based on those of the “British Crown”...The main goal was to create a “Legislative Body”, made up of “elected officials”, rather than Kings and Queens who gained power through “Right of Succession” and “ordained by God”, or by “right of arms” (basically taking power by force)... The origin of our governing documents and our legal system are based on “British Common Law”, which is basically custom and precedence and the lesser known (but more important) “Statutory Law”, which is made by “legislative bodies” making decisions for the common masses... Food For Thought : So ; “you” think “We the People” means the public masses? Hmmm, interesting... (1) How many of you understand “Old English”? (2) How many of you understand “legal ease”? (3) How many of you understand “Old English Legal Ease”? (4) How many of you have ever actually read the “Preamble”? (5) How many of you remember basic “American English” lessons? (6) How many of you have taken “Political Science” classes? (7) How many of you actually pay attention to the specific terminology used by our politicians? Though I'm no longer a great fan of CNN or Lou Dobbs, he should be given credit for at least noticing and trying to bring attention to this one...America, WAKE-UP!!! Read the “Preamble” and think.. (1)Other than a “proper name” or a “title”, when, in “Old English” or “American English”, is a word in the body of a sentence “capitalized”? (2) If it weren't important to make the distinction, why are politicians so specific in the use of terminology such as, “the People” or “the American People”? (3) How many times have you heard politicians say, “the People” or “the American People” VOTED on this bill or that measure and thought “I never had the chance to vote on that”? (4) When in our countries history have or do “WE” get the chance to vote on bills, measures, Congressional or Senate pay raises, or ANY of the things that politicians claim were voted on by “the People” or “the American People”? (5) Have you ever noticed terms such as, “the public”, “the public masses”, “the populace” and others are NEVER used? (6) “Amendments to the Constitution” effect us all and yet, “WE” don't get any say or have a chance to vote on the most important changes that effect “our” lives... I'm just pointing out facts...I encourage everyone to READ the “Preamble”, after all, it's the document that sets up “Governmental Power” and explains how to truly understand what was originally written in both the “Constitution” and the “Declaration of Independence”...I would also like to humbly ask that until members of the populace (“you & me”) understand the terms being used, please stop propagating the misinformation...In other words, (Mr. Beck) stop perpetuating the political myth of “We the People” if you don't understand the meaning of the words...Knowledge is power and understanding the true meaning of political terminology provides real power...

I don't understand why my information is hard for anyone to find...I have created “links” to my myspace page and blogspot posts here to make it easy...When a google search is done for “Realistic Solutions unheardinfo”, three (3) of the first five on the first page are me...”Randy Travis”, “unheardinfo”, “Real Solutions Now” are all me...I believe all provide point and click links to my blog posts on myspace and blogspot or eblogger... If I didn't believe what I'm offering wasn't what so many are looking for, I wouldn't keep trying to guide you to it...My info is far to extensive for this site...If anyone has anymore ideas on how I can connect the info I'm offering to the public, please help me...I could also use the help of a “writer”, as I can offer a lot more than what I've included in my posts and blogs to this point...Most of all, I'd like to get Glenn Beck to read them...Busy he may be, but this could be well worth his and your time...

My Final Gasp... What do I have to do? It's taken me since 2001 to learn what I know now about computers and the inter-net...I've been trying (the old fashioned way) to contact officials and the media (including Glenn Beck) to no avail...I even tracked down Beck's radio station, program time and phone number (no easy task as I live in Ca.), but after numerous attempts and finally getting through, I was turned away by the guy answering the phones, because I didn't know the exact topic Glenn was talking about at that moment...Now I'm posting blogs, I've got profiles on Myspace and Facebook and yesterday I posted on here asking folks to check out what I have to say...No responses... This site is supposed to be used as a “public think tank”, yet all people do is continue “talking”, but not offering any solutions...Maybe you have all fallen for the B.S. The government and media have been regurgitating...Not Me... PLEASE : Read what I'm trying to offer and have been since 2001...If my “links” don't work, you can do an inter-net search for : “Realistic Solutions unheardinfo”...I didn't write down everything, but then again, I'm not a writer...With the help of people like Glenn Beck to question me and then use the resources available to verify everything, the rest can be brought out...I'm asking for your help...Though the info and facts can be confusing, Realistic Solutions are not “rocket science”... When you read about the situation I'm in now, you'll understand, this is my last gasp...I'm trying to step forward...God knows I'm trying, but even I have my limits...I'm not asking anyone to “believe” anything, I'm just asking to be heard, before it's too late...
