romantically, things continue to go non-suspiciously terribly-- but life-wise, i'm graduating with two degrees on sunday and i have an APARTMENT that will be waiting for me when i arrive in new york in a few months and i have lots of lovely travel with lovely heartfriends planned between now and then and surely something terrible is going to happen, won't it?

i STRONGLY believe in the tv marathon as escapism -- key is things that feel intellectually stimulating without being stressful, for me at least. the west wing has a bajillion seasons and often fell into that camp for me.

cooking elaborate things that require concentration? yoga/meditation if your brain is one that allows for that?

suspect you know this already, but san francisco is consistently colder than you expect it to be! you can spot the tourists because they have to buy overpriced sf sweatshirts and fleeces to stave off the fog-cold.
