Congress may not vote their own wages--pay them what the average wage is in the public sector. No perks. 4. No secret service protection once out of office 5. Dissolve IRS--Flat 10% income tax 6. Send the UN packing--we have borne the lion's share of the UN's expenses for years. 7. Abolish the electoral College 8. Limit the campaign period to 4 months!!! 9. Abolish lifetime judicial appointments 10. Repeal federal landgrabs and statutes which limit the production of domestic energy sources. 11. No universal health care. 12.
