Grant Pardons and Reprieves from federal offenses ( Except impeachments); 4.Convene special sessions of congress; 5. Receive foreign ambassadors; 6. Take care that federal laws are faithfully executed; 7. Weild the "Executive power"; 8 Appoint officalsto lesser offices. So far he has grabbed so much power that people are afraid of him. The US constitution is very clear when it says that ONLY the House of Representives can obligate our money (commonly called Government funds ) These funds can only be obligated after deliberation and a vote, With this in mind I accuse the congress, both Democrats and Republicans that used "Earmarks" of Theft or misappropriation of funds.-they did not deliberate nor vote- and senators can not be involved. I Call uponn the Attorney General to file theft charges against all these crooks for the past 3 years.
