Certainly, a cold hard crew of bloggers, as always, on the Daily Camera screed. You should remember that I did not ask to be for public infamy. The Boulder City Council simply retaliated against my constant and justified criticism and uncovering of financial disclosure, which, began when I became upset over the way our public officials were treating the homeless. I have had Bipolar my whole adult life and crises like the one I was put through, 5 months with my rights restrained, caused a mental breakdown, that, and a dysfunctional mental health system. Though, I had no ill intent, I take responsibility for my actions. I was checking emails when I got word of this article. Some might, like these commenters, that I am in a state of depression in Milwaukee, more common, than my manic episode which got me in such trouble. Have a nice day.

That was an impressive defense of George K and John Mehaffy, though, I wonder if you might be a bit prejudicial. You failed to mention that Mr. Mehaffy and Mr. Karakehian go way back, that Mehaffy is George's business partner and power of attorney. If I'm not mistaken, weren't the both on the Board of Downtown Boulder Business Improvement District while you were Executive Director? But, according to Mr. Karakehian, he can't recall... Just didn't register... Cha ching! As for a unanimous vote, that's exactly how the Boulder City Council originally voted in regard to issuing me a restraining order. I think they probably regret that decision. I wonder if Tom Carr, our city attorney, advised them on that one. Tom Carr ans Jane Brautigam, our city manager, are both up for a salary increases, and will get a nice raise in the coming months. Why? Because George Karakehian and Ken Wilson to cut out an objective third party who were in charge of making that decision. Let's leave that up to their subordinates? Conflict of interest? But, to be honest, I'm sure that the city council would have still voted unanimously for a raise for these incompetents and will give them a glowing report card. As for downtown, nice place for the tourists. As for Mr. Karakehian, if he had every vote this whole darn town it would be Disney World with bison running wild and everyone saluting the wall before council meetings. She's committed conflict o interest, wouldn't come clean while i waited three months for my time in court, and, now we find she had done exactly what I said. Made a quick $400,000 and quickly put her man on the BHP Board. His name is Scott Holton. The Daily Camera will probably censor this though there is absolutely nothing wrong with my comments.......

I have a psychiatrist of 22 years. We felt it was not necessary to have him testify and further infringe on my privacy rights. But, I think you'd have heard from him if he thought i was a threat with all the recent shootings. I'm confident that I have never threatened anyone nor will I, nor am i violent in any way. And, i'm confident that Mr. Nicoletti was a hired gun as he never even spoke with the people who are on the protected list, had ample time to investigate my writing to try to frame me. Why ask them in person? since we all know what our aim is here, shut Seth Brigham up for good. Nicoletti was pathetic.

It was a slam dunk. The reporter must have gone to a different hearing. Becker needs to resign as we have evidence she wrote a letter advising Suzy Ageton to push for Scott Holton as BHP board member. She had three months to come clean but she decides to attack me anyway. She's not threatened at all or afraid, except for her conflict of interest which is now criminal due to her keeping silent and throwing me to the wolves.

The reporter must have been at another hearing? I had a completely different perspective. That would be that the psychologist appeared to be ridiculous and Tom Carr incompetent and desperate. I thought the judge was being nice to The City of Boulder to come up with something else in regard to affidavit's or he's putting an end to this charade. I'm going in exile but i suspect i will hear from afar that it's been thrown out and a major civil suit will follow or already is being prepared. As well, there is more to come in regard to financial disclosure problems, conflict of interest and even corruption. I think when a public servant has three months to come clean and they still don't, it is no longer conflict of interest but a crime.

We've heard a lot about Boulder being the best at this or the best at that, that we have a certain special qualities, some say, a "Boulder Brand." An example would be that Boulder is the "fittest" or "smartest" or the "greenest" city in America. But, The City of Boulder has done a number of things in the past few years that we might add to our list as "the meanest" city in America. I'm talking about the homeless. The most recent evidence of our meanness is that Boulder officials have ordered a local synagogue to stop letting a group of homeless people camp on its property. First, it was the camping ban on public property. Then, it was the end of permits to camp on public property, though, they never had a process in which to give a permit to camp. Then it was the park closures. Then the rules that only allows you to "pass though" a park during closure, whether you’re asleep or not. Then, our city leaders eliminated the right to jury trial for small offenses because homeless people we're filling up the court and winning many of the camping ticket jury trials. What's next? How about literally requiring the branding of each identifiable homeless person like the Nazi's did to the Jews? Perhaps, we could even require that the brands advertise The City of Boulder as the best at this or the best at that, or, how about the safest place for the tourist passing through? Isn't that why our public officials are so mean to the homeless, mostly because they think they're not good for business. But, back the most meanest move yet By The city of Boulder, displacing homeless who are camping on private property. "We're helping people get back on their feet," said Gary Fifer of Har Hashem's Fifer. "It's a safe place with some amount of dignity." Sorry, Fifer, it seems "helping people" or "dignity" is not one of Boulder's brands. But, if you want to stage a huge sporting event I'm sure The City of Boulder will do whatever is necessary, like do away with problematic ordinances to protect our open space. No public comment necessary.
