Hojo, you're correct. It's all about Arlen Specter (age 79) trying to hold on to power for another 6 years. What a selfish old hack. How can this has-been help the people of Pennsylvania? (This guy make me want to bring my lunch back up.)

When the Republicans are in charge, Specter claims he's a Republican. When the Democrats are in charge, Specter acts like and becomes a Democrat. People like Specter scare me. They always want to be on the winning side, but are afraid to commit to their beliefs. I'd rather see him on the Democrat's side than continuing to harm the Republican party. Specter can take his Porkulus vote and join the other DemoRats. One RepUbican down, and more that need to go.
