Because maybe he was still sleeping with her and either became a bit psycho at the fact she reached out for help or she was involved in an domestic relationship with someone else.

According to sdb, whom seems to know both parties well, he was a jerk, broke into the house numerous times and caused alot of heartache. So the victim should of reported Garcia a long time ago if this was the case.

She was a pueblo dispatcher and she reached out to a Sgt she works with and this may be a reason IA is investigating.

Its just a shame these two are putting their daughter through pain playing games like this.

Why would Garcia try to get in the house with a marked car in the front of the home.....And why would Garcia try to get in, through the front window of the home, when the Pueblo Officer and the victim should of been discussing the incident in the common area of the home....unless they were in the kitchen.....or another part of the home......pondering, if this is why Pueblo IA is on this..... maybe pueblo pd should let the sheriff handle this IA...
