An old tub surround it coming away from the wall and the plaster behind it is crumbling. The original 1927 metal wall tiles (who was the crazy person that thought metal tiles were a good idea in a bathroom?!?) need to be ripped down before the rust starts bleeding through the paint again. And the old etched mirror and 80's vanity would look much better in a dumpster than in my bathroom.
