I know its so difficult losing weight and being healthy. I started my first day on the Zone Diet today. So far so good. I had really a terrible weekend no sleep as I pulled my back. I had tons of energy today and am hoping this is a sign the diet is working and not just a second wind. No hunger or any cravings which is what the zone diet is supposed to do.
