You know what, I was arrested once and smarted off to the arresting officer. I got "smacked" around a little bit and I tell you what....I haven't smarted off to another officer since. I learned my lesson not to do that so in my case...lesson learned. Maybe she will do the same.

I think she was way out of line for kicking her shoe at the officer. These officers dealt with this correctly and she got what she didn't ask for but what was coming to her for assaulting the officers.
