<title>Real Story Group: Content Management, Enterprise Search, and Portal Reports : Trends: Four hot topics in Social Software</title>
<link>http://www.cmswatch.com/Trends/1693-Four-Hot-Social-Topics#IDComment38382775</link>
<description>I think any form of social networking can bring solid ROI - just depends on how it&amp;#039;s done. Social software? Well, time will tell - but as long as your strategy is flexible, and your social work is fluid and ever changing, these tools, platforms, and networks should continue to work for the foreseeable future. I look forward to reading about the E2.0 conference. Wish I could be there! </description>
