Good Riddance Sen. Specter!!

1. Term limits. (2 terms per position)
2. Raise age for Social Security benefits to a point where it is not relied on for retirement. Maybe 80. Phase it in so current seniors are not effected.
3. Simple flat tax for all.
4. All special projects (pork) must be voted on separately based on merits.
5. English as the official language.
6. Secure border.
7. Zero free benefits to illegals with the exception of true life saving emergency care.
8. No government bailouts. Period. Let businesses succeed or fail within the bounds of the law.
9. Get out of the UN, but do not become an isolationist.
10. Require IDs for all elections proving citizenship.

Obviously, Dodd has no values or he wouldn't have been "pressured" to insert that loophole. He knew damn well what he was doing. What good reason was there to protect those bonuses other than paying off his politcal contributers?
