Well, Gov, how's it feel to be deceived? Unlike you I am sure many have earned their raises. What kind of raise did you get this year? I'm sure you told the public you didn't receive one this year!

So much for the help of the Rain City Crime Fighters! I guess good deeds never go unpunished! That is just a crying shame when a person tries to help and becomes a victim! RIP good citizen.

So if dude can afford $43k in useless tickets for any Seattle team than he can surely afford a good shrink to have his head examined for leaving these things in his car, or even buying them in the first place... just saying.

First of all This guy needs to be accountable for his actions.
However, after reading the headlines today about the US soldier who shot up Afghanistan civilians, I couldn’t help noticing an irony.

There is all this clamor to try this guy quickly and execute him, never mind his having suffered a traumatic brain injury. Yet this Major Hasan, who shot up Fort Hood while screaming Allah akbar, still hasn’t stood trial, and they are still debating whether he was insane, even with the clear evidence regarding his motive: slay as many infidels as possible.

So, we have a guy in a war zone who cracks, and he must be executed immediately. But this Muslim psychiatrist who was stateside in a nice safe office all day, murders 13 and wounds 29 of our own guys, and they try to argue the poor lad suffered post-traumatic stress syndrome, from listening to real soldiers who had actual battle experience. Two and a half years later, they still haven’t tried the murderous bastard!

What’s wrong with this picture?

Now tell them why most people stay home! They are unemployed or get paid days from their employer. Many folks don't have that privilege. But hey, the Pacific Northwest locks their doors way too often anyway.

http://beta.local.yahoo.com/news-l-times-headline... This is a quote from the yahoo news...
"One other factor is the equipment that is available for snow removal. Due to the economy and the rarity of snow in Seattle, the city will not spend too much on plows or other snow-removal equipment. There are only 30 snowplows for the city that services 300 miles of streets."
I have lived in the Seattle area since around 1990 and if my memory serves we get snow every year and most of it is extremely heavy. True it may only be one big storm a season but nonetheless, it snows and the city should be prepared. I would say they should pony up and use other vehicles as well to remove snow. Hire out construction companies, waste management companies, and who ever, has huge dump trucks fit them with plows and assign them areas that need it. I mean after all apartments and private companies pay to have their snow removed why can't the city? Stupid!

What a nice gesture! Yes, woman, this is what they do for a living, how about you? What exactly did they elect you to do? You just had to get your mug in the picture didn't you. I know people, it was the thought that counted. Hey Gov, there is a snow shovel next to the truck, grab it and help clear off the sidewalk so someone doesn't get hurt!

There is a reason these type guys work in Seattle. Seattle Police Administration is weak! The Police corruption here is just plain bad. Does anyone remember San Francisco's B.A.R.T. Police incident? I love it! I think a fuselage would have been a much better scheme but, who am I to say? Now create a floating stand for the swimmers at the local Lakes.
