Breitbart.tv : Jon Stewart Scolds America For Liking Santorum, Attacks Catholics

If a person has a job, why does her insurance plan have to supply free contraception/abortifacients? If a doctor's visit is needed for the type of contraception then I can see covering that -- it's not any employer's role to police what goes on in an exam room but the prescription itself? No.

Big Hollywood : Mark Ruffalo Aligns Avengers with Occupy Movement

Liam Neeson said some dumb stuff ahead of the release of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, it didn't mean a thing relative to the film's quality or message. Film is about the script and the director, not the political views of the actors. I'm not sure about Joss Whedon's politics but from the ridiculous coach in the Buffy movie "(Actualize, Actualize") too pretty much every word he put in Malcolm Reynolds' mouth Whedon's shown a healthy skepticism re stuff Hollyweird tends to swallow whole. Buffy, Angel, and Firefly show he knows how to handle on-screen teams, his X-Men books are very entertaining, and I'm banking on Whedon to deliver a movie worth seeing.

As with the Daily Colbert Report Show, he serves as a good barometer of what's bugging the president and his party but he serves no entertainment purpose. I used to watch him until Red Eye started at midnight (PT) but now I prefer HIMYM reruns on Lifetime.

Big Hollywood : America, the Melting Pot: Jewish-Catholic Short Film to Cleanse the Palate

Well, the content was gone by the time I saw this. Was the punchline "beats the hell out of pork?" OK, here's a clip we can enjoy: http://youtu.be/S8rN0o2mVHE and another good joke: Jesus is wandering around Jerusalem when he decides he really needs a new robe. After looking around, he sees a sign for "Finkelstein, the Tailor." He goes in and Finkelstein prepares a new robe for him, which is a perfect fit. When he asks how much he owes, Finkelstein brushes him off: "No, no, no, for the Son of God? There's no charge! However, may I ask a small favor? Maybe whenever you give a sermon you could just mention a little something about how your nice new robe was made by Finkelstein the Tailor." Jesus readily agrees and, as promised, plugs Finkelstein robes every time he preaches. Some months later, Jesus is walking through Jerusalem and happens by Finkelstein shop. There is a huge line of people waiting for Finkelstein robes. He pushes his way through the crowd to speak to Finkelstein. "Jesus, Jesus, look what a marvel you've been for business!" gushed Finkelstein. "Would you consider a partnership?" " Sure, sure," replies Jesus. " Jesus & Finkelstein it is." " Oh, no, no," says Finkelstein. "Finkelstein & Jesus. After all, I am the craftsman." The two of them debated this for some time. Their discussion was long and spirited, but ultimately fruitful. Finally, they come up with a mutually acceptable compromise. A few days later, the new sign went up over Finkelstein shop ...Are you ready for this? "LORD & TAYLOR"

Big Hollywood : Members of Caucus for Producers, Writers & Directors: 'Claim of Being

I've also seen "bite" as opposed to the "full meal deal" audio of an interview or speech. I use bight because of working in the days when you physically cut and joined loops of tape (and leader) to make them -- a more elegant image as well, IMHO. No doubt, though, "byte" is sure to become the standard rendering of the digital age. Cheers!

I don't find these sound bights convincing. Mr. Shapiro is a lawyer building his case and lawyers have a habit of cutting off witnesses when what they want to have said has been said.

Actually, Mr. Silver was an example of the possibility of epiphany: http://michellemalkin.com/2009/03/15/ron-silver-r... Mr. Nolte of big Hollywood and the incomparable Bill Whittle characterize Stewart and Colbert quite well with their "clown nose" meme.
