I had a look today at the Chermside store: - thicker than usual power connector running into the CENTRE of the back panel. - glass is stuck to the desk. - home button is unresponsive to holds and presses in any combination. - other customers seemed to be enjoying the interactive format. Good move by Apple!

Bought a 17" MBP 2.3Ghz BTO last month. Gonna sell it and get one of these now my wife bought me an iPad 2. 4-6 weeks on a 3.4Ghz with the SSD+1TB....gotta wait it out somehow!

Go visit www.thisismynext.com and have a read of Nilay's analysis, then come back to talk about legal disputes...Apple will be fine. In other news, Apple is Samsung's biggest customer. Samsung is trying to return fire, but they have nothing but vague statements of patents that don't match up.

I like that if I buy on iTunes, I can watch it on any device I own easily, and without stuttering. YouTube don't offer this. Plus, sometimes I don't have access to the net, so I'd prefer having the files actually ON my devices...

Glad you changed "accusations" to acquisitions! :) This would be an interesting acquisition, but I doubt it would happen. Probably just a partnership to integrate it into iOS5...
