The post owner told me, she got it around Christmas 2008 +/- 2 Months. She doesn't realize what she had and sold it to me.
Would be great if you could help me, and I was wrong one more time by reading it in different communities.

I thought that it is locked and I have to wait.

So my only question was - get people mad at every firmware release or just now because of no way out. :)

well, I guess I've done the same thing like many other - try by myself to jailbreak and unlock my awesome new iPhone. But I didn't read enough about new released firmware. So I still use my Nokia.
Here in Germany many users on Blogs, Sites and Communities are pissed.

So I changed on this page after a fried told my here would be the first place to get the jailbreak and unlock for 3.1.3.. The only thing I've read here today was the same stuff like in Germany - pissed and frustrated people all over the place!

My question :) Is it the "normal" answer on a locked iPhone ???? Was it the same way with the last firmware releases?

If not, I guess it seems really. . . bad? - Just to figure out how deep dark the situation is.
