Thanks for your review Kristy. I agree the ginger is mild and would encourage you to increase it if you really like ginger. But, I would be careful not to add too much as the heat of the griddle could give it a burned taste. This only makes three waffles for me as I have a large old fashioned griddle. Your idea to serve with bananas is a great one!

It really was great fun this morning. I love sitting with the kids in the early morning hours before they are rambunctious and enjoy these kinds of sites.

Oh I wish we could grow potatoes in the spring. By fall I need a break from the garden, but that is the time for us to grow broccoli, cabbage, carrots and potatoes.
