One solution would be for the government to just stay out of peoples private lives. If it's not hurting other people the government doesn't need to get involved.

Have you ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? It's kind of a consititional right. And it is completely ignored by this camera system. Therefore the cameras are unconstitutional.
