I just read a letter in the newspaper saying - and I quote - that the shows (GB, RL, SH) are full of "hatred and filth spewing", and he proceeded to rip them apart by calling them names. Ha. WE are "filth spewing"?!? I say not. I agree with you whole-heartedly, take the moral highground. The press will have less to pick on, and we won't look like lunatics.

I say we get a hold of the organizer and give her some encouragement and ideas around this. There are loopholes everywhere, but the blatant disregard for Constitution should be enough.

Well, 9-12er's and Tea Party supporters and attendees. We knew this would happen, THE WORMS HAVE FOUND US! But, remember our intentions, don't lower yourselves to their level, stay steadfast and don't rise to their bait. Try not to let anger and frustration over come you. Don't respond to them, because that is what they want. If we don't respond they will get bored and go away. LET US TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK!!!!

I fear, as many do, that this government is out of control. Sitting at a table and discussing books, having meetings and going to tea parties is great (I went to a Tea Party in February & I am going to one in April), however it seems to be too little, too late. The power of ACORN, the main stream media and other groups seems to be unsurmountable. Sorry for my pessimism. I continue to educate others, little at a time. I am part of forming a local group. I won't give up, but this all saddens me greatly to think I woke up too late. (It makes me cry, believe it or not!). Please, please, please respond. I don't think that there are times when a lot of us don't feel this way. ARE WE TOO LATE? Can any of this mess be changed back to respect and honor the Constitution? I am new to the Constitution (don't remember studying it in school) and currently reading "The 5,000 Year Leap". I don't know how to get this to you. Part of my frustration is that all of these bills are going through so fast (1388 just passed) and they are hard to interpret. Maybe we/you can help us with this by providing a place on your website for bill alerts, ones that have been researched and are being proposed? But are we too late? ?!? How can we ever reverse some of this? There is a portion of our society that is used getting these benefits (while bleeding the workers) and the uprising would cause a riot. While the rest of the society says they're too busy, and let these things pass, our freedoms are being taken away. (PART ONE OF TWO)

Hi! Go to "http://www.usa.gov/Contact.shtml". Look under "contact your local officials" There is everything there from president down to the state level. Good luck! I was obnoxious enough to write on it in big red marker. And as David Hinz says below, ACTIONS are better than WORDS, but my thought is, put them BOTH together and look what you get!! It can only help! I have gone to one tea party already, I am going to one on April 15th, and I am helping to organize a local group for the 912 project. Check on the link he mentioned and join us! Let us take our country back!
