Fosgitt has a very cute, capable art style, but NOT for drawing MLP. He keeps forgetting that horses walk/stand on four legs and his scrunched-up faces (while cute) are rarely drawn on-model. Is it really that hard to draw established characters on-model? Seriously?

Also, Rarity never once used her horn magic in this issue. So dissapointing all around.

I love all of the little humorous things casually tossed in. Puns, in particular, and all the references to The War (which evidently Applejack enjoyed and Rarity still suffers PTSD from). There are FiW episodes that I've seen a dozen times and I still find jokes that I've missed. A lot of the gags make reference to other episodes and past FiW Canon and the dialogue is so quick, it's easy to miss things. I think that's partly why some fans find the FiW episodes a bit off-putting. They are too much to take in with just one viewing.

Also, I love the song writing and the voice acting. Such talented people!

I would appreciate a bit more historical information in the Pony History posts. For example, the "Two Sisters Play" videos post: I would have liked to have seen a few paragraphs written about the history of the "Two Sisters" series and more information about the guys who made the shorts. A brief interview with some of the creators would have been nice too. Don't just slap up some links and expect people to extrapolate the history and importance of the links provided. A mention of the original fan reactions could also be interesting.
