<description>who is this guy to decide US war policy.   Just because he disagrees with any war footing plan, he thinks leeking these docs will chagne the new war policys with Patreous.  I don&amp;#039;t see it -- in fact when I and I am sure many consevatives think &amp;quot;there is a catch&amp;quot;   The catch is war engagement is being qusetions by the US Military and they really think, that civillian deaths mean we should give up and quit...where is the indignation that the taliban hide among the civilllian popluation they consider there lives expendible and we are expected to protect them more than our own military personnel.  I believe this is a political move on behalf of inside white house as usual. </description>
