hehe I didn't know there could be humor in these posts. What was I thinking, of course since 912 essentially belongs to Glenn Beck and he is a comedian. I personally agree with principle 5. "If you break the law, you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it." To me it always seemed wrong to let a criminal out after he's been sentenced. Particularly to life imprisonment. Parole alone bothers me. You should only get parole if there's substantial doubt of your guilt. Criminals should only be let loose after the penalty or if they've suddenly been proven not guilty. To do otherwise is immoral and dangerous. Immoral, because it's knowingly endangering our families. And dangerous because we have no idea if the imprisonment has changed these guys minds or not. (which is why the idea of prison was invented in the first place! To make these guys think twice about their actions. Hasn't anyone else noticed that as prison has become more comfortable crime has also escalated?)

All these comments are good. But let's not forget that the final decision remains with the individual person. No one MAKES anyone do anything. Many people are brought up a certain way or told a certain thing and they either choose to follow it or not too.
I'm a teen, I see this all the time. Yes we can make wrong choices that's part of being human. But I saw a special recently where girls are making baby pacts to see who can have the first baby, or girls having sex because they think it will keep their boyfriends with them. I have an interest in psychology. All these are signs of girls feeling like they are missing something and trying to fill themselves up. Like they're not loved enough. The fact is these kids don't feel the love and attention that they need. If nothing else they want a baby that will love them as they love them back.
That's why I love the principles and the values, they'll totally bring families together and give these girls the love they feel that they need.
But yeah, the world does play a big part because, like I always say, the world loves a scandle. And media thrives on controversy. What a world we live in. I commend those single mothers who took their mistakes, got up, and did their best to be better for their children. That's what I call choice.
