Did you try running the jailbreak without installing Icy? Installing both Cydia and Icy has been causing dependency problems with Cydia.

SERIOUS ERROR: Couldn’t configure pre- depend dpkg for grep, probably dependency cycle.... I could not download anything from Cydia...............
