I have a half life 2 death match server for my clan, and the server is located in Los Angeles. They have a coupon code to get 50 percent off on their LA server which I thought was just awesome. Then I asked in live support if the coupon was only good if I bought server space in advance. THAT was a HUGE NO! They they told me that the coupon only expired if I moved servers! I've never seen a coupon code that did that never really expires, that's really awesome! I really wanted to get HALF LIFE STATS X running on my server, but had a lot of issues setting it up other places. I ran into a few road blocks (probably because of my own incompetence!) and they took over the wheel and got it up and running in no time! For me that's a huge deal! Any web host I've been with always tells me to leave em' alone when it comes to "third party applications" or anything that they don't control. But these guys went out of the way to get it done and working. And that's why they have the best customer support that I've ever seen. If your considering a server give em try! They have the most affordable prices ever, and if you don't like it then don't renew, but if you love it you'll stick with em!
