Wormosa....just curious...how do you think we should deal with the teens who are getting pregnant??? So they shouldnt be aloud to get BC at school....they get pregnant....then what?

Maybe try thinking about it this way........the schools job is to educate the kids...correct...well if they get pregnant...a lot of them drop out...the education stops there. Even the ones who do continue in school struggle. I doubt they are maximizing the educational experience...since having a baby can be rather demanding of ones time and attention.
Besides...several schools have daycares now to help the teens stay in school. That dont come cheap Im sure.

Obviously...the teens are getting pregnant. When the teen does become pregnant a whole slew of problems come with it. At which time the pregnancy most likely then becomes a "societal issue" we tax payers deal with.
And... it would not be the teachers handing out the BC. Im sure it would be the nurse that the school already has.

Wormosa....However, the schools DO have a registered nurse available to students. It would not be the teachers handing out BC it would be the nurse who is already at the school to deal with other "health concerns." Just like counselors at the school who help students with other problems that are not related to education exactly.
