So To conclusion
1)Best to wait for redsn0w!
2)3G is better compatable with stuff!
3) If I upgrade to 3.1 I wont get teathering and posible MMS!

Is that correct?

1)If I wait for redsn0w and do it that way will I be able to keep everything?

2) In the update 3 it says that ipcc file needs to be signed is that for 3G(S) only or 3G also?

3)and will the JBing the3.1 will let me install unsihned opcc?

I have red a lot on this blog in the last few days, but I still wants able to come to the conclusion if there is a JB program made for windows, and if i have JB3.0 3G 8gig wold i need to use "On File" to make sure i can JB further, iClarified dont have any answers for me when it comes to upgrading from 3.0JB to 3.1JB with windows, and if I get a custom ispw from someware with 3.1 will it get rid of all of my apps-sms-mms-numbers-ect?

Could some1 pls help a noobe out with step by step PLS!
All help is gratly apriciated and I'll +1 All of the reasonable answers!

That1 i dont actualy know! I think that the update base bands on 3G(S) only, but dont quote me on this! Nothing i read said anithing about 3G baseband!

I dont mean to sound like an asshole but, IF YOU HAVE UPDATED TO 3.1 YOU ARE SCREWD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! From What i have gatherd from this forum is that if you have 3G(S) and you have updated with iTunes to 3.1 without you useing "On File" you might've lost your JB for-ever. Remember I said Might I didn't say Defenatly, now i dought that the whole Dev Team will just abandon the 3G(S)rs but it might take a LONG time for them to locate an "exploit" or a "workaround". How ever I have no clue about the 3G cuz no1 asked Qs bout them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actualy I have just tryed sending MMS on my iPhone 3.0 3G 8gig with AT&T to my e-mail and it worked!! In this case i nolonger care for 3.1! YES!

I have 3G 8gig JB 3.0(vista)(at&t)

The Question is if I upgrade to 3.1 can I just JB cuz I do'nt need to ulock it??????

Alright! Ultranoob here! I've been wanting to jailbrake my iPhone 3G ever sence the redsn0w came out,but before it did I upgraded to 3.0!

If anyone could be so kind to give me instructions of step by step on how to do this it will be greatly apriciated!
