I can't believe what I am hearing....this is so stupid. Who would prove people have the pets? Think of the cost involved with that. OMG......people are getting even dumber. We have two dogs & I say NO! If you can't afford the animal, give it to someone who can.
Colton, OR. Upper part of Oswalt Rd. Very near 4 inchs of snow here. Heavy snow all morning. Beautiful. Hard to believe this is not the BIG storm. We will be trapped here for sure! We never hear Colton mentioned on the news. Not sure why since we are in the foothills and do have some interesting weather.
This is very sad....to have animals suffering & our laws do not protect them. I am not surprised! So how do we change the laws so these animals can be removed immediately? I know first hand that animal control is worthless. BIG waste of our tax dollars.
