9. Purge all the illegals registered as voters. Many states do not require a birth certificate. All you have to do is provide a driver's license and say you are legal in order to vote. I lived in El Paso and I estimate about 20% of registered voters are illegal. When El Paso used the voter roles for jury duty about 30% had to be excused because they did not understand English. Duh, to become a naturalized citizen you need to know English. So let's get rid of the motor voter laws and elimate the illegals!
