Laughing Squid : How To Park a 57" Wide Car In a 61" Wide Garage

The car is actually _59_ inches wide (149 cm = 58.66 inches). So the clearance is less than 2 1/2 inches. I did wonder how he got out of the car.

Caracas Chronicles : Joaquín Villalobos and the Legacy of the Honduran Crisis

"Nobody can seriously doubt, any longer, that Chávez is the real power behind Zelaya, his only true power resource... Chávez's determination to impose his understanding of legitimacy can no longer be doubted. The systematic nature of the threat to hemispheric stability he poses can no longer be softballed." Does Obama understand any of this? Or Sec. Clinton? I doubt it. Which is very frightening. Obama has way too many people like Gregory Craig around him. If the U.S. continues its unconditional backing of Zelaya, Zelaya (and Chavez) may ultimately win. I don't see Obama ever changing policy, as that would be a tacit admission he was wrong.
