Hi Ori, You're right about rate mattering. However in this case, I'm looking at total downloads and total images over that timeframe. I think it's interesting that the ratios of the totals are what they are. Naturally, correlation and causation are not the same, and there are many individual factors that would affect a particular person's outcome. You're 100% correct that age of image is a factor and the absence of time data hides an important dimension. Unfortunately, true cohort analysis isn't possible with the data set I used. Rahul

Hi Holgs, I calculated ranking based on annual DLs (Total/Years contributing) and there isn't a lot of aggregate change. Only 18 people dropped out of the Top 100 and they moved into the 100-200 ranking band. I'll post more details on that next week. Rahul

Holgs: I completely agree that download velocity is key. However, I think the data still supports that idea that years of experience are not the driving factor behind exceptional performance. I think your own analysis supports that point too. I'll post with an analysis of tenure vs. velocity. That will be interesting.

Hi Ori, You\\\'re right, the overall population is important, but my point is still valid. For a buyer searching using best match, they will see 4x the number of exclusive images on average. That is still significant. Rahul

i use Adium for multi-client IM - http://adium.im/ apple map via IMAP for all Google Mail/Calendar syncing apple ical -> google -> iphone for over the air calendar sync parallels for when you need windows I made the switch 3 years ago and won't go back good luck!
