Yes, but I'm not half as stupid as the kid with the criminal record stealing the well casing trying to run over the owner with my car. P.S. Did you get your mom a mother's day card?

How do you know I wasn't the woman who gave birth to you and gave you up for adoption?

There's your link - have I been redeemed? P.S. Could you learn to spell - I am confused by your argument. Where is spelled were. Dought is spelled doubt. Are you a psychiatrist and have you actually interviewed the "senile" old man to make that diagnoses? Was the pipe worth some kids life - NO but was the older man's life worth more than getting killed by the convicted criminal trying to run him over YES YES YES

Mom - did you know about this sweet kids criminal record dated back to the age of 10 for burglary and age 14 for assault and age 18 for drug possession. Is it just possible you didn't know him as well as you thought? Is it possible he was committing a burglary and using his truck as an assault vehicle while on drugs? As for having the survivor down on the ground Washington law gives you the right to detain someone who has committed a crime. Self-defense is also part of our law. If we don't like the laws, then you need to work to change them but for now this is what we have to work with - a convicted criminal who was shot in the process of committing a crime.

First I was wrong - now just worthless - what exactly is wrong about what I have said - that the kid who was shot had a criminal record going back to age 10 for BURGLARY and ASSAULT at age 14. Do you think with this record - it may have been possibly he was committing a burglary and then decided to use his truck as an assault weapon? The prosecuting attorney most have thought so.

Don't you have something more profound to say?

If Joe Tobeck was your cousin - You obviously didn't know your cousin very well. He was convicted of burglary and car prowling at age 10, Domestic Violence and Assault in the 4th degree at age 14 and convicted of marijuana at age 18 - so apparently he did have a criminal record. As for the police report - the owner of the pipe didn't make a statement so the police report was inaccurate. The prosecuting attorney said at a news conference yestereday the pipe was owned by the 69 year old man - hence the reason they let him go without filing charges and no bail for defending himself until all of the ballistic evidence can be obtained.
