Breitbart.com : Kadhafi predicts swift end for rebels, calls them "rats"

Sure is funny how the dems got silent on the whole war in Libya thing. I guess that's probably because it lasted more than the 'few days' we were told to expect. Meanwhile, those libs are still whining about 'Bush's wars'... What a joke.

WSBT South Bend - Your Local News Leader : Billboard spelling error creates embarrassment | WSBT - News, Weather, Sports South Bend | Local New

A little trivia about reading misspelled words: Scientists have shown that the human brain recognizes whole groups of letters as words without actually scanning each individual letter in the reading process. They did this by having subjects read a piece of text where the first and last letter of each word was correct, but the letters in the middle were rearranged. The findings showed that test subjects could not only read and comprehend through the misspellings, but didn't even notice most of them. It's a 'trick' that the brain plays on us, which explains how these things go unnoticed. It's not as if nobody knew how to spell the word 'public' or that they didn't try to check their work. It's that somthing so simple is almost invisible to the human eye because of how we process that information. So lighten up..

Don't worry about that happening. Having grown up in nearby Chicago, I can let you in on a little secret -- people have been telling jokes about South Bend for YEARS.

The article clearly states that the company responsible wasn't notified until Monday. Considering that it was corrected that same day, I'd say they responded in a very timely fashion.

Breitbart.com : Census worker taken to court for trespassing

That's right, but that's NOT what the census worker wanted. He insisted on counting me TWICE, despite my protests. Just more shady accounting from the pricks in Washington.

Screw you, Poopcat. I had one of these Obama clowns demand I give him my info at the front door of my SECOND house, one that is being prepared for sale. No longer my primary residence. He didn't care when I told him I already sent in the completed form from my actual permanent address. This is just one example of the fraud and abuse going on with the census workers, and more importantly, with the Obama presidency.

It IS a waste of money. Only a dumb liberal wouldn't know wasted money when it slaps them in the face. Here's an idea that could save half a billion dollars come census time: Process the forms with tax returns. Save all that trouble.

Breitbart.com : SKorean navy ship sinks in waters near NKorea

Man, if there's just one statement Joe Biden hasn't flubbed in his political career, it was this: "Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy (Obama)." -- Well, Joe was right, and more than once. These things seem to be escalating as world dictators and terrorist states now have a feel for how Obama will (or won't) handle such challenges. Contrast this to when Bush was in office; People like Kim Jong Il, Hugo Chavez and Ahmajinedad did a lot of TALKING, but very little acting. Talk was all they had, because they knew not to push it too far with a U.S. President in office who might actually respond. Now with Obama, those characters are increasingly backing up their words with action, and I am very skeptical of Obama's willlingness and resolve to rise to those challenges.

You asked, "Was this story so important in world affairs that it had to be posted on the Drudge Report? I think not." The fact that YOU bothered to read the story AND post a comment should make it clear to you why it was reported. You can play the pious card all you want, you're every bit as shameless as the rest of us, as proven by your interest in this article. Besides that, go search the keywords 'man electrocuted urinating', and you'll find this story is being reported by THOUSANDS of media outlets nationwide. Get off your high horse before you hurt yourself.

Big Journalism : As 'Global Warming' Hoax Dies, MSM is AWOL: Is Anybody Home?

Actually, they ARE lies. The most famous 'polar bears stranded on an shelf' photo has been completely DEBUNKED. That was the result of a vicious storm that broke apart a large sheet of ice, leaving the group seemingly cast out to sea. Conspicuously missing from the photos -- the surrounding LARGE masses of ice, only meters away. Not melting. Not global warming. Argument OVER.

Breitbart.com : Freeze on HIV spending sparks concern in Africa

I'm sitting here trying to come up with a dozen reasons why you're just a wrong-headed, cold-hearted bastard on this one... BUT I CAN'T!! I guess I'm with you. At the very least, if we're going to dump so much 'aid' money into Africa (as opposed to AIDS money), I'd rather it be for food (to survive), education (to life themselves from poverty), and CONDOMS. Be advised -- the sociology libs will tell you that these poor nations keep making babies for the very reason we say they should cut it out -- to populate. The idea is, those kids will take care of the elders, since they live in a poor society where social programs like S.S. and Medicaid don't exist. Problem is, they never want to touch the issues of starvation and disease that cause so many problems in the interim. How did I learn that? From my wacko ultra lib (former) sociology professor who thinks I'm evil for being a conservative... haha
