<description>Pety, for many people &amp;quot;not normal&amp;quot; is not a good enough motivation to stop a behavior. Your husband needs to have a strong reason to sleep less. The fact that he can &amp;quot;afford&amp;quot; to sleep so much implies that he doesn&amp;#039;t have good enough reasons to be awake. Hope this makes sense. <description>Abhijeet, let me make it short and to the point. Here is my advice:    1. There&amp;#039;s nothing wrong with waking up after sunrise.    2. Try to wake up at 5:15, then 5:30 etc. Once you make it a few days, try reducing 15 minutes at a time (only if necessary. Don&amp;#039;t get caught up on 5AM. There&amp;#039;s nothing wrong with 5:30AM for example.)    3. Don&amp;#039;t feel bad about yourself when you fail, because you simply get yourself into this ongoing cycle of fear of failure and self resentment, which nothing good can come out of.    Hope this helps.  </description>

<description>Janus, I hope you get this. I missed this comment somehow.      First I want to say - stop! Hold it right there, your son is only 10. He&amp;#039;s got his whole life ahead of him and oversleeping now doesn&amp;#039;t mean a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g in regards to his future.      Now, about his weight, have you consulted a doctor or a nutritionist?      About waking up - he&amp;#039;s old enough to wake up on his own. He needs to suffer some consequences of not waking up on time and develop a sense of responsibility and self mastery.      That&amp;#039;s it in a nutshell. Hope this helps. </description>
