These past few episodes have been "Nanami and Saionji: Unlikely voices of reason."

Akio thanks Utena for being so nice to his little sister, and last episode he basically tried to get Utena to shit talk about Anthy. "Oh, I know it must be hard to be friends with Anthy." He's constantly trying to throw seeds of doubt into their relationship. Thankfully Utena loves Anthy and doesn't agree but unfortunately she's so oblivious/Akio has so much of her trust that she doesn't take a huge offense to it.
Like someone pointed out last post, Akio buys into his own myth. He told Anthy to be close like Castor and Pollux, and he's desperately trying to undo how close they've become on their own.

I think Touga is 17, because a few episodes when Akio offered him a chance to drive Touga said something like "you know I'm underage." I read somewhere that you have to be 18 at least to drive in Japan.

I've heard of stories of teenage girls who have a crush on the "hot, older teacher/mentor" but when he actually makes a serious move it creeps them out. I agree that based on her interaction with Saionji she seems shy about physical contact.

I hate when rabid parts of a fandom makes you hate a character. Honestly I don't know if any of the 3 would work well in a relationship. Ruka/Shiori was a mess, Juri and Shiori can't communicate with each other, same with Juri and Ruka.
