Wow. This is still going on. The Child Nutrition Act of 1966, amended in 2004. I even remember something on TV a long time ago where there was a fight in school district (california somewhere) about the powers at be saying that catsup was considered part of the daily vegatable requirement of a school lunch. The news report showed the district school board eating what they said was good enough for the kids. Needless to say, lunches got much better. And the government didn't even do a thing! But, that was then, this is now...dang, remember when all schools had to do was teach?

Ah Andy :) You put the carrot in front of the media cart donkey I see. I knew there was more to your story than what was told. A friend of mine calls it "bait and switch". If we can drag out that alledged law suit of theirs, maybe we can get back some of that $15mill they (Sharrod's) swindled out of the public pocket. I wonder if Barry thought that the transformation would take this path. No doubt he will take credit. A couple more months or more of the truth ozzing out of the festered sores of federal corruption, and the end of the world in 2012 will look like a bright spring "We The People" day. You are correct sir! the law is only 14 pages and very easy to read and understand. They are currently introducing verbage that strengthens anti discrimination, and defines what lawful stop means. We who live here know, but people will say anything to rally the left. Like, "...your skin's brown, so we need to talk to you!" Total BS. That violates all decency, federal AND state law. We south westerners are not THAT stupid. Even though Obama thinks we are, and are unable to take care of ourselves. We have passed three immigration bills in the last few years, all have been challanged in the courts. ALL are still law. Why is that?
