I have had to send it back twice so far! I then noticed that my apple warranty was showing january 2010 as the expiration. they said that it was because of the "refurb" phone they sent was activated in January of 2009. I complained that they were ripping me off two months of warranty. One hour and 40 minutes later they admitted their error and the guy apologized for keeping me on hold for so long, he upgraded me to a new 16gb white 3g S for my troubles. So I am on my fourth phone since March. does that count for anything..hehehe. BTW...........love your site. very informative.
