I agree on a healthy diet for kids. We try to avoid processed foods, high sodium or sugar food, diary products, and minimize eating at fast food places. Plus we try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables and beans. That said, there's always some room for "comfort foods" that we indulge in from time to time. Why not, right?
