I thought the documentary was very well researched but what annoyed me was this phrase “British Asians”. It is factually incorrect, disrespectful and a display of cowardice. The problem is not with the Japanese, Chinese, Cambodian, Thai or Vietnamese communities. The problem is with the Muslim communities. Why don’t the BBC have the courage to speak the truth?

Sorry, my mistake. I mis-read it...where are my glasses!

So the title of this article is a little misleading.

It is actually Ivica Petrusic, a Christian multi-culturalist who wants the cross removed.

Apparently the Federation of Islamic Organisations in Switzerland have no problem with the cross.

Seems like some people are so desperate to win PC Brownie Points they are becoming more radical than the Muslims.

I remember when making death threats used to be illegal in Europe. It used to be a criminal act. It seems now Europe is becoming very tolerant of death threats (just so long as those making them are not Caucasian).

Sharia certainly does contradict sexual equality.

There is the same issue in the UK: much anti-discrimination legislation in place but for some reason over 70 Sharia law courts are allowed to operate. I can't help thinking that if something like Sharia law courts we being run by light skinned people, they would be shut down immediately and the organisers jailed. For some reason sexual discrimination is acceptable from darker skinned people. Very strange.

Well hats off to Greece. Isn't it about time that the so called "more advanced" European countries also came to their senses and banned Sharia?

This comment sums it up perfectly and is the ultimate answer to the liberal lefties who shout "racism":

"We do not support religious exclusion -- and certainly not racial exclusion. We have no problems with other skin colors, nor with Muslims -- our problem is with Islam."

All the Muslims I have met have been really nice people but Islam is worse than the Third Reich and apartheid South Africa put together.

There is a simple solution for these poor Muslims who feel they have become scapegoats: Leave Islam. Jewishness is not something you can leave but Islam can be renounced. The honourable thing to do is leave the religion of evil.

It states in the original article:

"Mr Røed...alleging Islam has strong connections with violence."

But we all know this is true. The Quran is full of calls to kill. Everyone knows this. I'm not sure why he should apologies for stating an obvious truth.

"Muslim Anne Sofie Roald, a Norwegian-born professor...
“Even though Islam has more of a political background, Christianity has been used politically and is, amongst other things, used for such purposes in the U.S. today,” she says, “not to mention in a politically violent manner under the Crusades.”"

Its a long time since I read the Bible but I don't remember Jesus ever condoning or encouraging violence. Same is true of the Buddha.

All religions are not alike. Most condone peace. Islam condones violence.

Seems reasonable to me. If we as Westerners go to live in Islamic countries, we have to adapt and respect their culture. So surely it's not too much to ask that Muslims coming to the West respect our culture i.e. education for all and equality.
