We ordered two recliners and what a pile of junk. First it took 10 weeks to get when we were told it would take 3-4 weeks. No one would return calls and finally I was so rude with the people that I told them I was calling my attorney with names dates and times and what the conversation entailed. I had written down everything in shorthand. I finally got a call back and had our recliners in a week. They are about 6 shades lighter than what I wanted but after that I wasn't going to take a chance. Even if they do survive, I wouldn't buy another thing from them. In searching on line about them it isn't just here it is all over the country that is having problems with them. One guy has been fighting with his local place for almost 2 years. They need to change their name to La-Z-Junk cause it not what you set in at the store. I am afraid to set in our recliners cause they wobble so much. My 150.00 national furniture store recliners where better than what we have now. To bad I tossed em out.

I certainly hope you don't have any children. If you do you could be in for a wake up call that you never want to see. I have been there done that. My son is 21 and I still have time that we have problems. This started when he was 13. The system is broken. Unless he is going to harm himself or others there was nothing we could do. We couldn't make him get help. Even went thru juvenile court to try and get help. I have never heard or read such evil, unhearted and selfish things in my life. Welcome to the real world. Its to bad the world isn't as perfect as you. Do you smoke, drink, cuss? This is all an addiction, including watching TV listening to the radio etc. So get off your high horse and look something up and educate yourself before you make comments about something you have never experienced.
