Before we get all excited about 'Impeachment', we need to confirm his Constitutional eligibility to be President...I believe you have to be a 'Lawful sitting President' to be Impeached. If he is NOT a lawful sitting President, all the laws and political appointments he has made are null and VOID! At the very minimum, there may be grounds to indict him for fraud, or conspiracy to commit fraud against the United States Government. Either way, Obama has to go!

I know for a 'Fact' that the 'Certificate of Live Birth' that Obama presented as 'Proof Positive' that he is a 'Natural' born citizen, is NOT legal proof! I joined the Unites States Air Force in 1972, I presented my hospital birth certificate to the Air Force as 'Proof' of being a United States Citizen; I was granted a security clearance, and I was assigned to Nuclear Weapons Security (Security Police)...I did not realize until many years later that the hospital birth certificate was NOT valid proof to obtain a U.S. Passport! I had to have an official state birth certificate with the 'Official State Seal', to be a valid form of proof!...Unfortunately, the records of my birth year (1954) were lost due to a fire in the county records office: I had to find three people that would sign an affidavit
to 'Verify' my live birth in conjunction with the hospital records that were on my 'Long form birth certificate'. The information that was recorded on my hospital birth certificate included: 1) Hospital name 2) Attending Doctor name 3) Assistants names that were present 4) time of day of my birth. When I submitted this information to the State of Pennsylvania, the state issued me a 'Delayed Entry Certificate of Live Birth' with the state seal that had the following details: 1) Name of hospital 2) Name of attending physician 3) Attending assistants 4) Hour of day of birth. I submitted this certificate to the US Passport Authority and they accepted this certificate as proof of being a U.S Citizen, and issued a U.S. Passport. If Obama continues to refuse access to his 'Long Form Birth Certificate', just Subpoena the U.S. Department of State and find out what 'Documentation'' Obama used for his U.S. Passport; I am SURE that the U.S. State Department required the 'Same' documentation that I was required to submit!...Yeah!...Right!...And the stork brings babies too!
