Only the bottom floors of the County Administration building were flooded, they could have been back in there in a few months. Same with the School Administration Building, which will now cost us 50 million. The one thing that the City Government could have done to really help Downtown, was to force Alliant to fix the 6th street Plant. The low cost steam was key to attracting business. But it turns-out, that Coe & St. Lukes can do that better than Alliant. So, what do we need Alliant for?
