Breitbart.tv : WSJ's John Fund Brings Much Needed Sanity to Maher's Show

Was it a mistake (intentional or not) to not check the appropriate box on the form? Sure. Weiner and and Maher are quick to suggest how ignorant or corrupt because he must be. More to the point, and I find it difficult to believe, that no one thought to mention the fact that the present Sec of the Treasury didn't know that he should declare the income he made outside the US on his tax filings even though it was made clear by his employer that it had to be. Are you kidding me?

Breitbart.tv : Texas A&M Player Does a 'TSA' on Nebraska Opponent

The player getting groped got a personal foul penalty AND another (unsportsmanlike) penalty immediately after for his protestations about the grope when they all got untangled. What we didn't see Saturday was the "TSA" by the initiating dirty player. I think the "kicker" was justified. I thought he should have been ejected for the "kicking" on Saturday. "Thanks" Andrew for clearing that up.

Breitbart.tv : Halloween Special: Hillary Screams!

Each party in power characterizes criticism as "unpatriotic". One of the jobs of the party out of power is to be "watchdogs" and hold the other party's feet to the fire. They both do it and both react to the criticism as if they don't. We can't expect anything else in a media driven political campaign. The left's vitriolic attacks on Bush seemed even more offensive than the right's attacks on Obama. Of course it may just seem that way to me because I am a conservative independent.

Breitbart.tv : Teacher Hurls Herself Down Stairs to Avoid School Review

Being a (conservative) retired teacher, I know a lot of great, dedicated teachers who love to teach and feel obligated to attempt to prepare students for life. Of course there are bad teachers, just like there are bad examples out there in every profession. The biggest problem in education today (IMO) is that many students don't come to school ready to learn. They are tired from staying up until late hours gaming or working or partying. There is a lack of respect evident in the behavior we see in the classroom which comes from a lack of parenting skills and socio/economic situations. With lack of respect comes disrupted classrooms. Some days it can be very difficult to manage behavior AND complete a lesson plan. Some of you have not been in a classroom since you graduated, quit, or got kicked out of school. Get involved, spend a couple of hours in a school as a volunteer. You may come away with a different opinion of today's educators. I do NOT mean to suggest that throwing yourself down the stairs is acceptable behavior. Obviously the teacher in question here has lots of other problems than just not being prepared to be observed. Think back to some of the GREAT teachers you had in your youth. It isn't easy, you know.

Congressman have immunity from minor violations while going to and from sessions of Congress. Speeding would certainly fall into that category.
