My friends went to bash and they moved their cars because there was an announcement that it was starting to flood and people were told to go move their cars. They came over that same day on their way home and said that they were in the lot where most of the flooding happened. So how is it that my friends heard the announcement and a bunch of others did also, but the people suing did not?
I totally I agree, if you have not already read the comment I posted earlier about this topic.
The justice system says to be innocent until proven guilty, but really it is the other way around. I would have felt sorry for anyone whom might have been wrongfully accused because of this woman. Once in the justice system there is no turning back because they will get you one way or the other.
There are probably many men who are wrongfully accused. One also must remember that sometimes women can get wrongfully accused of this such activity also. It may not happen often or barley in the news, but it does. I think what sucks is when someone says something about anything physical there is no stopping people from thinking someone actually did it. That is the sad thing. Everyone says poor victim, but never think that it actually might of not happened in the first place. What about a story about how many are wrongfully accused or storys are false, so the public can know this information and not alwase jump to conclusions.
