There’s no record of anyone dying from steroids. Most steroids that wrestlers take are actually quite safe and legal(in most countries) and are often prescribed in the us

Anavar(given to hiv\aids patients)
Testerone(advertised on tv as “low t” remedies)\TRT from your endocrinologist
Dbol(given to atrophied accident patients)

they are more alcohol related deaths in a day than steriod related deaths in a decade
