What if that had been a child that was hit wouldn't the driver be responseable for his or her actions while behind the wheel? Would state farm be holding their hand out in that case? I have been driving over 40 years with absolutly no accidents and I still am hit with unbelieveably high premiums and I live in the desert in Az in the middle of nowhere.
