The democrats know that Sara Palin is the conservative leader that can rally the people. She is the REAL THING and they know it. The people see that she lives by her principles and values. This is not a trait of our current politicians in either party. I predict she will lead the conservatives of this country to re-establish our Constitution and bring sovereignty and freedom back to the people.____Support her!

The best health insurance I have found is a High Deductible Plan that allows me to put (before tax) savings away in a Health Savings Account. This way I can budget my normal and small health care expenditures and pay for it with pre-tax dollars. What a concept…being responsible for your own oil change, tune-up and tires while protecting yourself in case of a major expenditure. Don’t tell me people can’t budget ordinary health care expenditures. They budget food, utilities, gasoline and rent and they don’t even have the advantage of using pre-tax dollars to pay for that.

I believe in helping the people that just don’t have the means to pay rent, buy food our pay for basic health care until they get on their feet but don’t mess with my middle class health care, thanks.

Why in the world do we confuse health insurance with standard preventative health care and minor health care costs?

Health insurance is just that…insurance. It’s like car insurance. You pay for insurance to cover a major expenditure related to car accident. You should pay for health insurance to cover a major health expenditure. Your routine doctor visit, immunization, prescription and drugs…should be covered out of your budget. The car insurance company doesn’t cover oil changes, tune-ups and tires. Why do we think health insurance should cover these routine health care expenditures?

Great Post!

It is such a tragedy that Iraq and its people will squander this great and costly gift of freedom from us. Every US Military person that served, was wounded or died gave the ultimate gift to these people. If they don’t protect this freedom, Iran will eventually take them down. However, we will eventually have to deal with Iran anyway.
