Tara, if drugs (all) where decriminalized, we the people and the government that represents us would have more control over their use and quality. I am glad you have never tried marijuana. The best high is to be healthy and to know who you are as a person. I have experimented with marijuana and know both it's positive and negative effects. All the points made in this conversation are valid. My only request in this transition is that we start to open up as a country and listen to the people around us.
