YES!! Let him quit, he has screwed up SCL enough. I know because I work there and deal with his screwups. He takes credit for what others have done and treats the employees there poorly. They all hate him with good reason.

Since he has been at SCL, the real talent, the employees have been leaving as fast as they can. Not because of THEIR salary, but because the management at SCL bullies the employees and takes credit for their work. Critical work is not being done right not to save dollars while Jorge gets a bonus.
