The banks don't make it easy to understand the rules of the bank: for example most bank deposits after 3pm don't post until the next business day. The online banking is not always up to date and you can almost never trust the ATM with the correct amount available. If you happen to have have bad credit you don't qualify for the overdraft protection. I have often felt that there should be a class at the high school level for people to learn the rules of the bank and how to file you're own taxes. Many medicare patients that don't have doctors end up in the Er from minor problems. This in itself drives problems with healthcare because they can't afford the deductibles for that service and than they have to get more aid from finacial assist programs at the hospital that the federal government provides. However this drives the cost of services up at the hospital level to be able to make a profit.
