It is unfortunate to have to conclude that this gentleman was chosen by ACORN because he will deliver a whitewash, no problems here conclusion. Nothing that this group does seems to register with the President or with leading members of Congress, such as long-time supporter Speaker Pelosi. Seeing such clear evidence of a double standard in Amreica is disheartening and clearly shows why ACORN has thought it can and will behave with impunity, no matter what its actions.

Companies that are deferring tax made overseas are following tax law. Yet, in the President's remarks on this issue he referred to these companies as "shirkers", tax "scams" and those who "evade" amd "dodge" the law and who are "not playing by the rules.". He said he would "stop illegal overseas tax evasion." It is tempting to use such flight of fancy rhetoric on the campaign trail, but, as President, choosing to villify those who comply with the law simply because one doesn't like the law is dangerous and wrong. Accusing law-abiding companies of being tax evaders is monumetally wrong.
